We have had our son home for a week now. It is wonderful to see him so animated and so very thrilled with the entirety of his trip. This has been a once in a lifetime opportunity. I have learnt so much about culture, survival, recycling, and the ecology of animals. To come this far has been overwhelming, it has been truly spectacular.
The most important aspect of the trip for me was Global awareness. We are not exposed to a lot of poverty, so it was good to learn about it in another part of the world.
