Our cross-curricular Greece programme will take your students beyond a beach holiday destination to learn how Greece is working towards the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Activities are based around learning on:

Conservation, Biodiversity, Ecosystems, Endangered Species
Sustainable Development; social enterprise, Geology, Eco Tourism
Politics, Ancient History, Art and Architecture

The Country

Ancient culture, caves, sea turtle conservation, and social enterprise

Steeped in ancient history and surrounded by the beauty of turquoise Mediterranean waters, Greece has the largest coastline in Europe. This is a beautiful and inspiring country, combining the old with the new in a unique way.

Ancient Greeks like Homer, Aristotle and Archimedes made important contributions to politics, philosophy, mathematics, astronomy, and medicine. Commonly known as the cradle of Western civilization, Greek myths and culture influenced the Roman Empire, and continue to influence modern culture today - think the Olympic games, Mamma Mia, The Hunger Games, Hercules, and Troy.

Greek people are very proud of their rich, vibrant culture and speak of their heritage with great passion. They are united by their traditions, religion, language, music, food, and wine. About 90% of the population is Greek orthodox.

We appreciate how busy Teachers are, so we’ve made the booking process as simple as possible! There are four easy steps:

Contact Us

Call or email us to book a meeting or teleconference at your school. We will listen carefully to what interests you and your requirements.
Tailored Proposal

We will then email you a tailored proposal, which will include a full itinerary, all-inclusive price, and key documents for the senior management team.
SMT Approval

Once you get approval from the SMT, we will send you key marketing material, including posters, to help promote the trip.
School Presentation

We will visit the school to deliver inspiring presentations in a short Morning Assembly and a longer Parents' Presentation 10 Days later.
