The only thing Kate knew she wanted to do in life was to see the world. So, Kate started working in outdoor education which took her across Central America, Europe and Asia. After living in China for 2 years she decided it was time to hang up the hiking boots, but after seeing how valuable an experience it was for students she wanted to stay within the industry and continue to make an impact. She took on a sales role in Malaysia before joining Global Action back in the UK.

Kate believes everyone should have the chance to experience the world and all of the incredible things it has to offer.

Kate likes to keep herself busy and challenged! She has just signed up for her first half marathon so is currently training for that. One day she hopes to do 7 marathons in 7 days. She also does bungee fitness and loves a good food market!
